  • Active in the trading and initial processing of wool, cashmere and special fibres for the textile industry
  • The Group boasts a strong international presence with more than 10 production units and about 15 trading units in Italy, China, Mongolia, Iran, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand and Argentina
  • The Group is currently facing a debt restructuring process with the pool of creditor banks which, given the foreign nationality of the main companies involved, is subject to an out-of-court agreement between the counterparties

Our Work

  • Monitoring of the implementation of the Business Plan by checking compliance with the action plan defined for the Financial Manoeuvre
  • Participation in the Boards of Directors of Group Companies
  • Supervision of the Group and individual operating companies’ performances, also through participation in meetings and/or committees with Top Management
  • Top Management support for:
  • corrective actions in case of significant deviations from the Business and Financial Plan
  • activities to check the adequacy of the control and business management instrumentation
  • actions and strategies relating to the Group’s corporate reorganization and restructuring process
