  • The production is carried out in the two Italian and Chinese factories
  • Recently the Company has been acquired by an Indian group with two objectives: entering the European market and downstream integration

Objectives

  • Support to Top Management in the preparation of a three-year Industrial Plan before the acquisition
  • Support to the Company Advisor in the process of enhancing the Company, before the acquisition, in the preparation of the Vendor Due Diligence
